Managing What You Share With Ucardia Through Apple Health

You’re always in control of the data you share.

Ucardia connects with Apple Health and supported devices to deliver more accurate insights and a personalized coaching experience. You can update, limit, or disable sharing anytime.

To update data-sharing settings:

Open the Health app on your iPhone. Tap your profile icon (top right). Under Privacy, select Apps. Choose Ucardia. Turn individual data types on or off based on what you want to share. Changes save instantly and apply the next time you open Ucardia.

Turn Off Apple Health Sharing

If you prefer not to share Apple Health data with Ucardia:

  • Open Health
  • Tap your profile icon.
  • Select Apps. Tap Ucardia.
  • Toggle off all categories, or tap Turn Off All (if available).

Ucardia will stop receiving new Apple Health data, but previously synced information will remain in your history.

Fully Remove Ucardia From Apple Health (Optional)

If you want to disconnect the integration entirely:

  • Open Health. Tap your profile icon.
  • Select Apps
  • Tap Ucardia
  • Scroll down and select Delete All Data from Ucardia.

This removes the connection in Apple Health only. Your Ucardia account remains active. You can reconnect Apple Health anytime through the Ucardia app.

Troubleshooting Sync Issues:

If data isn’t appearing correctly after updating your permissions:

  • Double-check that at least one sharing category is turned on.
  • Close Ucardia and reopen to trigger a refresh.
  • Restart your iPhone if syncing still seems delayed.
