At Ucardia, we believe your health journey should feel seamless. That’s why you can easily connect your favorite wearables to the Ucardia app. Once paired, your health data flows automatically — helping your coach and care team see the whole picture and personalize your program.
This article is your starting point. Below, we’ll walk you through the basics of getting connected, then link you to step-by-step guides for specific devices and apps like Fitbit, Apple Watch, WHOOP, Apple Health, and Health Connect.
How Device Pairing Works
When you pair a device or data source with Ucardia, you’re giving permission for your health information —like activity, steps, weight, or blood pressure — to sync securely into the app. You’ll always stay in control. You can turn sharing on or off at any time in your device or app settings.

Tips for a Smooth Connection
Make sure your wearable or device is fully set up in its own app before connecting it to Ucardia. Keep your device charged and nearby the first time you pair. On iOS, check that Apple Health permissions are enabled. On Android, confirm that Health Connect is installed and up to date.
Your Data, Your Control
Your privacy matters. Ucardia only accesses the health data you choose to share, and all data is encrypted and handled with care. You can manage or remove connections at any time in your Ucardia app settings.
