Bring your Ucardia workouts to the big screen for a hands-free, full-screen experience. The Ucardia video player includes built-in support for AirPlay and Chromecast, so you can stream directly to your TV—no extra setup required.

Open the Ucardia App
Launch the Ucardia app on your phone or tablet. Tap the Workouts tab at the bottom of the screen. Choose the workout video you’d like to play. Once the video begins, you’ll see the Cast (Chromecast) or AirPlay icon appear in the video player. -
Airplay or Cast your Workout
Tap the AirPlay or Cast icon in the top-right corner of the video player. Select your AirPlay, Chromecast or Cast-enabled TV/device from the list. If prompted, enter the code shown on your TV screen.
Your workout will start playing on the TV automatically. You can pause, skip, or control volume directly from your phone or tablet. -
Optimize Your Setup
For the best experience, rotate your device to landscape orientation for full-screen playback. Check rotation settings:
iPhone: Swipe down from the top-right and make sure the lock with circular arrow icon is off.
Android: Swipe down and ensure Auto-Rotate is on. Stay connected to Wi-Fi for smooth streaming. Keep your device unlocked during playback. -
Troubleshooting
If your workout doesn’t appear on the TV:
Ensure your phone/tablet and TV are on the same Wi-Fi network. Tap the Cast or AirPlay icon again to reconnect. Quit and reopen the Ucardia app. Restart your phone or TV if the issue continues.
Pro Tips
Keep your phone nearby—your device is your workout remote. Increase TV volume before starting your workout for the best sound. Close other streaming apps to keep your connection strong.
